Today's episode shared insight. We rediscovered a violent history and how it could possibly resurface from the Taylor family. Keanu's having trouble dealing but his frustrations are amplified when friends and family panic at the sight of him. That shiner drew too much attention. It also dug up some terrible memories for Karen.
After talking with Keegan, Karen realizes she's got information to share with her eldest son, but can she tell him? How will he take it all?
Rainie (sorry for the misspelling of her name in prev shares) has been playing games with Max. She's doing her best to keep her fake husband to herself but will he fall for her schemes and game? Right now she's pretending she's doing him a favor, them sleeping together and actually making a go of their relationship. Will she win his heart?
Speaking of heart winning, I think Jack's lost his. Will Mel respond? As soon as Penny asked Mel if she was going to be her new Mommy, Mel went cold and pretty much chased them all away. Will she ever let go and let him in?

Can Love Truly Bloom Here?
Rainie has been doing her best to win Max with a bit of reverse psychology. It's been working but her heart nearly broke when her plan backfired. She tried to do some real crap prank on him and it ended up happening to her. As she waited for him to take off on a date with a woman he'd met online, she sat on the sofa in tears. But he turned around- something that makes me love dirty ol' Max even more! What's going to happen with these two? Will Rainie get her man?
Keanu and Hayley made a break-through today. He's not able to come to terms concerning his father, since Karen hasn't told het, but he needs to know! I bet, if Karen told him what his father did in the past, he'd ease up. Hayley is trying, and told him some very important information about im being a good guy, but that street loser winds him up! When he caught one of the punks breaking in to Phil's garage, Keanu took things into his own hands. He didn't hurt the boy but...
Thurs. & Friday
I do believe I like where this thing between Rainie and Max is headed. I've read on Digital Spy and Metro.co.uk how things may or may not go as fans expect, but I think this will be a good thing. So Rainie tried to put a laxative in Max's coffee- it was for a good reason, yeah?
Mel and Jack had a squabble that was hashed. She'd been frightened off by the "Mummy" thing but she realizes Jack isn't looking for someone to take care of his children. He simply wants a solid relationship. I think it could work for them, if they'd stop and just talk. After all, it was Rainie who got them to see the errors of their ways That ought to tell you something!
Sharon got a peep show when Keanu ended up soaked from clearing the sink's pipes. There's supposed to be an affair coming up between them. I say, No. Besides, how much an they do and not pay attention to Dennis getting a beatdown?
Hayley's looking for something special with Keanu but he may have other ideas. Today he and Sharon saved poor, silly Dennis from being kidnapped by those thugs that refuse to go away. I'm not sure where this story is going, but Phil and Sharon may be headed for a downfall.
... And someone may be there to pick one of them up. Funny, I don't see Phil and Keanu as a couple...
Speaking of couples, Max and Rainie finally got that kiss. It took Max thinking she'd left him in order to realize he may have something real. Looks like she knows how to play the game and manage to get what she wants. I honestly like them together. The problem is, they're both unpredictable. Doesn't always make for a good relationship.
Masood and Ian are still a problem, Shaki passed his classes, leaving Carmel in tears and Kim put a curse on Ian for backing out of a deal. Again!
*Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Also, there are always 2-parts to a full episode before the next chapter.

What's Really Happening?
It's not very often someone gets sacked for stealing vodka for their homeless friend is it? Well, it was today- Sean helped his friend, but worst yet, a friend used him and got him sacked from the Rovers. Now he's unemployed again and still homeless. Thank goodness he's still got a friend in that new homeless chic!
Sally Metcalfe is in true trouble. That Duncan fellow set her up something fierce! I can't believe that guy went to such great lengths to get her arrested. Especially with her being arrested in front of everyone while throwing the fund raiser for Jack. What a day! This guy thought of everything. Will she get through this unscathed? Will her marriage survive?
Then there's Alya doing the right thing, for family. She's offered Carla Underworld for a fraction of the cost, but Carla has no money. So what does she do? She takes back the investment money from Maria's dream for a salon of her own to regain control of the factory. But when Alya needs more money- and Carla doesn't have it- schemes are created. How will Carla get the cash to take back the family company?
Hump Day Drama
Do you see this! Peter and Carla are back at it, but will it last? I knew he'd not take no for an answer but he's being used. Carla isn't going to simply set out to hurt him but she's going to hide him, dip and do everything she can to deny him. Will it be enough?
I think not.
Sean has finally hit rock bottom, sitting on the streets, collecting change from strangers. I feel so bad for him but he asked for it all. He took people and what they gave for granted and saved nothing. Then lied and pretended for so long- then he got sacked for stealing vodka. How the mighty have fallen. How will he get back on his feet and will he help others out?
Tim and Sally have truly stepped in it! Trying to hold a steak out in FRONT of Duncan's house didn't work out so well. Then Duncan managed to get inside Tim's head; now he isn't sure Sally's telling the truth anymore. It's such a mess- will Sally wind up in prison or can they clear her name?
Rana and Imran lost their father today. Luckily, Rana was able to see him and hold his hand before he passed- thanks to her lying about having dumped Kate and accepting that she was a shame and an abomination. Wow! Now Kate told her to say it, but now she's disappointed her mother again. Also, Imran said she was deep in her faith; once he finds out she lied to not just her mother but to him as well, things may not work so well.
Our favorite Vicar has agreed to help Josh out, since he feels responsible for him being blind now. Guilt Trips are an ugly affliction, eh? What will he get suckered into now?
Gary has a new secretary- the most annoying person on the freaking show! since Faye returned! Gail. Yes, I have a feeling things will not work out for the better.
Lastly, Peter will not take no! Carla's agreeing to take Peter's money as a silent investor has gone awry, now that he's quit Street Cars. He wants to work at the factory. Big Problems are coming!
