Wow; I can't believe I've filled every slot for the rest of 2017 already! Anything I add to this year is supplementary now; that's what I love about what I do most!
I'm on my own schedule now. No obligations, no pressing deadlines and reading what I want more so than what's on The List, you know? So what am I currently reading? I'm mostly in to what to do with my website in 2018. Design and what catches another reader's eye stuff like that. But honestly, I'm reading horror.
Horror has been my all-time favorite genre to read. Ever since about 7th grade it's been in my blood. I have my dad to thank for that, along with science fiction. So next year, I'm planning on redesigning my site, to make for better navigation when it comes to the topics I review. Primarily movie, books and audio, as always, but I need to stick to what makes me the happiest while doing it all, yeah?
You see, I make no money from my work. I take pure enjoyment from sharing what I've read and watched, then write on. I have no one to answer to, but myself (and JournalStone Publishing - who's the total BEST!) Should I skip a day, here and there, it's no sweat off anyone's back, but I try not to miss anything. I simply love reading stories, going on various adventures and passing them on. If you read, you should check out my work. AND I never lie about what I think or feel on someone's work. To me, my word is bond and I won't place my name or Books! Books! Books! on it if I truly don't want it there. BUT I won't bash either. I won't cruelly criticize or demean either; there's a tactful way to do everything.
So back to my current reads: I'm in the Mark Tufo Lycan Fallout series, because he's killer in the storytelling department! I'm back in the world of Mike Talbot, but it's not the same world as the Zombie Fallout series. Yes, Mike endures dimensional adventures that are mind-blowing, and if you've read any of my reviews, you know how fun his books stories can be. Have you read? Anyway, no zombies here, but vicious werewolves of the meanest kind. Seriously check out his work. I added his site link; visit by clicking on his name.
As for 2018. I'll have the work written and sitting by the wayside. Nothing will be posted before it's time; allowing for a brand new experience from me. I hope you stick with me to see what's to come.
What are your current projects, reads or whatnot's? I'd love to know.
Who Am I?
My name's Alyssa and I'm just like you. Within me are stories, looking to be told. I do my best to relay them to the public, as magically as possible.
