Story by Laura Gehl & Illustrated by Paco Sorbo
This is one of the cutest stories ever! I haven't read it to my ewoks yet, but they are going to love it. You will too! Here's my review for Delivery Bear by Laura Gehl.
A saga written by Michael McDowell
If you've been with me for any sort of timeframe, you know that I truly enjoy and appreciate horror. I love monsters, creatures made by man, aliens and so much more. What I never imagined reading was a horror saga in the form of a slightly historical, backwater, slave keeping, creature from a local river sort of horror. Blackwater is my third novel by Michael McDowell. My first was Cold Moon- an excellent novel. My second was The Elementals- a seriously cool but slightly cool creepfest of a story. So the question is, did I walk away from Blackwater feeling the same way?
An AudioNovel by Michaelbrent Collings
The Deep gives the reader a promise of something ancient, something evil waiting beyond the depths of the beautiful, blue sea. Michaelbrent Collings, the author of this terror story, shares how the ocean and an imagination can do more damage than any monster can.
*A Novel by Kelly Barnhill
Magic can be a powerful thing. In The Girl Who Drank the Moon, magic was everything. It was the reason the sun shined, why birds sang and how the animals went on the prowl. It also ruled a nearby village in this novel, so much they offered one of their babes each year to a witch who... kept them? Enslaved them? Ate them?
*A novel by T. Greenwood
There are novels that captivate and enrapture you while you read. There are other books that grip you in a fist so rooted in fear, you can not look away from the pages, encapsulating you in a terror so great, all you do is cry and read and cry even more. That is Rust and Stardust, by T. Greenwood.
A Romance Novel by Ellie Mack
I met this lovely author at the gym. Ellie Mack is an author who can create a character anyone can relate to but it's best when the reader comes from the same background. We don't have people who are rich, super-model thin and riches flowing from their wallets like the Nile in Egypt. They';re real people. Red Wine & Roses is a novel I easily stepped in to and found myself a few imaginary friends.
